If you are seeking a full-time position with significant growth opportunities, Greg Hubler Automotive is the place for you. Our compensation plans are designed to stand out in the industry, complemented by highly competitive benefits including a matching 401K plan. We offer paid time off, including one floating holiday and company-paid holidays. After one year of service, you will receive 40 hours of paid time off, which increases to 80 hours after two years and 120 hours after five years.

We are in search of a QUICK LANE TECHNICIAN to enhance our operations at the Quick Lane facility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure protective floor mats and seat covers are placed in customer vehicles.
  • Safely maneuver vehicles in and out of service bays.
  • Lift vehicles using manufacturer-recommended lift points.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, battery tests, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements.
  • Torque wheels to manufacturer specifications and reset tire pressure monitoring systems.
  • Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and recommend additional services as needed.
  • Reset oil life monitoring systems in vehicles.
  • Install service reminder stickers in the upper corner of the driver-side windshield.
  • Clean any grease or residue from vehicles before returning them to customers.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer training and vehicle information.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic toolset, including an air impact gun.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of following established processes and directions.
  • Punctuality and availability to work on Saturdays are essential.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
  • Willingness to be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
