Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Utilize all service lane tools effectively.
  • Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection with the guest, noting any visible damage or concerns.
  • Accurately gather and input guest and vehicle information into the DMS.
  • Document all vehicle symptoms as described by the guest.
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage by reviewing vehicle records.
  • Recommend necessary maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history.
  • Establish preferred communication methods with guests.
  • Obtain guest approvals and permissions for services.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates based on technician recommendations.
  • Monitor vehicle progress and keep guests updated throughout the day.
  • Build long-term relationships with guests.
  • Review final invoices with guests and ensure clarity on all charges.
  • Encourage quality guest feedback for the manufacturer.
  • Develop follow-up plans for guests.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience as a Hyundai advisor.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
