Job Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in the operational and maintenance aspects of mission-critical systems that support the launch and tracking of various space vehicles. As part of Range Generation Next LLC, you will contribute to the defense and space awareness initiatives through various testing and experimental projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on the progress of departmental projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the critical processes of training, crew certification, document management, and technical library oversight.
  • Participate in analytical studies, develop action plans, compile reports, and deliver presentations.
  • Gather and analyze data to support root cause analysis efforts.
  • Maintain and update databases and data collection systems accurately.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance work processes and efficiencies, track implementation progress, and provide feedback.
  • Create, edit, and format a variety of business documents while adhering to strict formatting guidelines.
  • Develop and review Excel workbooks, ensuring data accuracy and proper application of formulas.
  • Support and engage in special projects as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Up to two years of experience in analysis, project management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro for document editing and form creation.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Access.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and advanced formulas) and database management tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis techniques is advantageous.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet project demands.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. Driver's License.
