Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, monitoring, and maintenance of systems in a continuously available production environment.
- Administer Microsoft Server environments, including installation, patching, and security compliance.
- Manage web server operations using Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), including the handling of web certificates.
- Configure and troubleshoot physical server hardware and maintain the lifecycle of server components.
- Utilize VMware for building and managing virtual machines, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Conduct server backup and restoration processes, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Administer various Microsoft operating systems and track software licensing and support contracts.

- Provide support during critical launch operations and participate in new system initiatives.

Experience Requirements

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with virtualization technologies.
- Experience in managing server backup operations and web server administration.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and experience with SQL reporting preferred.
- Relevant certifications, such as VMware Certified Professional, are advantageous.
Additional Qualifications
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project demands.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
- Valid driver's license is required.
