This position involves contributing to the operational excellence of critical systems that facilitate the launch and tracking of various space missions. As a member of our team, you will engage in the management and support of essential processes that ensure the safety and effectiveness of defense and space operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on the progress of departmental initiatives and projects.
- Assist in the management of training, qualification, and certification processes.
- Conduct analyses, prepare reports, and deliver presentations on findings.
- Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and problem-solving efforts.
- Maintain and update databases and information systems accurately.
- Enhance operational workflows and efficiencies in collaboration with management.
- Prepare and format a variety of documentation while adhering to strict guidelines.
- Develop and manage complex Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide administrative assistance and support special projects as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, statistics, or information systems.
- Minimum of two years of experience in analysis, project management, or related fields.
- Experience in roles focused on analysis or project management is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project needs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Valid driver's license is required.
