Job Description

**About the Role**

Range Generation Next LLC is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's critical processes, including training and qualification, crew certification, document control, technical library management, and self-inspection programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and track status of department projects, issues, and improvement initiatives.
  • Support the organization's critical processes to include training and qualification, crew certification, document control, technical library management, and self-inspection programs.
  • Lead and conduct studies, prepare action plans, write reports, and conduct briefings.
  • Collect data, and lead analysis and root cause analysis efforts.
  • Accurately update and maintain databases and data collections systems.
  • Develop and implement work processes and efficiencies within a team environment, work with management team to implement changes, track implementation progress, and report back to management.
  • Create, edit, proofread, manage/incorporate redlines, and format a variety of business documents while adhering to strict change history retention requirements and formatting guidelines.
  • Create, format, edit, and review small to large Excel workbooks, ensuring accurate data, correct application of formulas, while ensuring comments and analysis match the content.
  • Provide support to and participate in special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Able to analyze datasets using statistical methods and tools to ascertain strategic insights.

  • Organized, able to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to view challenges as learning opportunities.
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision and guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, finance, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) or more years' experience performing analysis, process mapping, leading and managing projects, critical thinking, and/or problem-solving related work.
  • Proficient in use of Adobe Acrobat Pro, primarily editing, creating forms, and working with digital signatures in PDF documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel, Teams, Access), specifically:
    • Microsoft Word templates, styles, and editing tools.
    • Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, charts, calculations, advanced formulas, macros, etc.) and the ability to efficiently process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks.
    • Microsoft Access (or SQL) and the ability to design and maintain database tools or use of Microsoft Visio and/or Power BI, preferred
  • Experience collecting, mining, organizing, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to make informed decisions.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques, preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of Western Range operations, maintenance, and systems utilization concepts, preferred

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License.
