Systems Analyst for Range Operations

This position is essential for the operation and maintenance of critical systems that support various space launch initiatives. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in the management of projects that ensure the successful launch and tracking of diverse space vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on the progress of departmental projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the execution of key organizational processes, including training, certification, and document management.
- Conduct research, prepare strategic action plans, and deliver presentations.
- Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and problem-solving efforts.
- Maintain and update databases and data management systems accurately.
- Develop and refine work processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Draft, edit, and format a variety of business documents while adhering to strict compliance guidelines.
- Create and manage complex Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and accurate calculations.
- Provide administrative assistance and contribute to special projects as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills

- Familiarity with Western Range operations and systems is preferred.
- Experience with database management tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, statistics, or computer science.
- Minimum of two years of experience in analysis, project management, or related roles.
- Experience in a systems analyst or project management capacity is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when necessary.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Valid driver's license required.
