JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview:
This role involves managing case assignments, overseeing case processes, utilizing Excel for data management, and navigating various systems while handling a substantial workload.

Key Responsibilities
The duties outlined below are based on the estimated percentage of time allocated. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Main Duties
- Provide exceptional service to clients through various communication channels.
- Ensure follow-up on pending items to achieve completion in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.
- Develop and sustain a solid understanding of one or more *** products, alongside industry policies and procedures.
- Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate with leadership for implementation.
- Exhibit intermediate proficiency with various systems and software, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
- Document all interactions thoroughly.
- Act as a mentor for junior team members.
- Perform data entry while maintaining strong organizational skills and prioritization.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity.
- Deliver outstanding service and cultivate trusted relationships.
- Foster innovation in our offerings and continuously enhance our processes.
- Collaborate effectively and support one another.
- Take personal accountability and fulfill commitments.

QUALIFICATIONS
Consideration may be given to candidates with a degree in lieu of relevant experience.

Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree
