Position Overview:

Aerotek is seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to enhance our operations.

Compensation: $21.63 per hour with additional bonus potential.

Contract Duration: Initial contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Role Summary:

The Client Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to various stakeholders, including candidates, contract employees, clients, and internal teams. This position is pivotal in managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth office operations through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Support:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for candidates, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Assist clients in their onboarding journey, focusing on efficient utilization of resources.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with essential requirements.
  • Support training and certification processes for contractors.

Lifecycle Management:

  • Act as a point of contact for contractor inquiries, ensuring effective communication to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate contractor records.
  • Oversee the processing of payroll and travel requests for contractors.
  • Direct inquiries related to unemployment and workers' compensation to appropriate teams.

Operational Support:

  • Deliver exceptional front office customer service, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Work alongside talent acquisition to manage internal onboarding processes.
  • Assist in payroll management and asset distribution for new hires.
  • Maintain organized office supplies and manage administrative paperwork.
