Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager will be accountable for managing IT projects for both our clients and internal initiatives. Utilizing industry standards and iT1 best practices, the Project Manager will strive to meet all objectives set for each project. This will involve:

  • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Guaranteeing that all projects are delivered on schedule, within the defined scope and budget.
  • Assisting in defining project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Creating a comprehensive project plan to monitor and measure progress.
  • Managing alterations to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Effectively managing relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
  • Documenting and maintaining project records.
  • Conducting risk management to mitigate potential risks for the company and clients.
  • Proactively researching and identifying necessary tools and processes to address emerging trends, analyzing and predicting trends to develop long-term solutions.
  • Representing the company professionally at all times and maintaining a courteous demeanor with internal customers, clients, manufacturers, and the public.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong preference for IT project management experience.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for managing and completing projects.
  • Proven experience managing resources and projects in a cross-functional setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to convey project scope, status, and issues to all stakeholders effectively.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient technical writing skills.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Ability to prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and develop client proposals.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.
  • Proficient in keyboarding for extended durations.
  • Near vision capabilities for working with small objects or reading fine print.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying information to clients and coworkers.
  • Ability to hear and comprehend in-person conversations, telephone calls, and other sounds.
Work Environment

This position requires in-office presence with a hybrid schedule.
