  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and operational efficiency, develop and execute improvement plans, and monitor progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on post-acute care.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications and healthcare software, strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Travel: Rare travel to launch new facilities.
  • Reports to: VP of Operations.
