Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop and implement a marketing operations roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Partner with IT to evaluate, select, implement, and customize marketing technology to meet the needs of the marketing department.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure marketing performance, track ROI, and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with program departments to recommend marketing budgets, ensure accurate tracking of marketing costs and conversions, and provide regular campaign performance reports.
  • Partner with outsourced paid media teams to develop campaign strategies and ensure accurate ROI reporting.
  • Continuously develop and simplify systems and processes to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience with change management and a strong understanding of marketing technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ASAE's tech stack, including Hubspot, Teamwork, and SmartSheet.
