Director, Creative Marketing Operations

ASAE is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing operations team. As Director, Creative Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with ASAE's business objectives.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Supervise a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Manage and analyze marketing data to inform campaign optimization and ROI measurement.
  • Partner with IT to ensure seamless integration of marketing technology and data systems.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and ROI.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on strategy and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and data systems, including Hubspot and Teamwork.
