Director, Marketing Operations

ASAE is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing operations team. As Director, Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an inbound marketing strategy, leveraging personas and other tactics to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Supervise a team of marketing managers and email coordinators, providing coaching and guidance to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with IT to evaluate and implement marketing technology solutions that meet the needs of the marketing department.
  • Lead the development of marketing budgets and ensure accurate tracking of marketing costs and conversions.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to measure lead generation, opportunity tracking, and ROI for marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in marketing operations and strategy.
  • 4+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ASAE's tech stack, including Hubspot, Teamwork, and SmartSheet.
  • Proven experience with change management and process improvement.
