Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service to all existing and potential clients by fostering and sustaining authentic, personalized connections.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients; prepare and manage all documentation related to onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and retention; accurately input client information into the CRM and ensure data integrity; facilitate money movement.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by proactively identifying potential inquiries or issues.
  • Provide exceptional administrative, operational, and sales support to multiple Wealth Advisors.
  • Develop and maintain client portals (eMoney) and relay information to clients; offer clients premier online training through Fidelity.
  • Assist Wealth Advisors by managing client communications; scheduling meetings; organizing travel arrangements; preparing agendas, reports, and spreadsheets; coordinating client appreciation gestures.
  • Guide and mentor newly onboarded Client Service Associates.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required.
Client Onboarding Responsibilities:
  • Collect necessary trust and entity documentation.
  • Facilitate the account establishment process at Fidelity, including Wealth Management Agreements.
  • Set up margin/line of credit (including options permissions if necessary).
  • Establish online bill payment systems.
Client Liaison for Administrative and Operational Matters:
  • Facilitate wire transfers and journal entries.
  • Coordinate checking accounts and credit card services.
  • Submit grant recommendations from Fidelity Donor-Advised Funds.
  • Gather and distribute tax documentation (1099s/K-1s).
  • Complete subscription documents for SMA managers and alternative investments.
Value-Added Services for Family Office & Premier Wealth Management Clients:
  • Concierge Services (arranging flights, rental cars, internet, etc.).
  • Provide monthly summaries of credit card transactions for review.
  • Manage client bill payments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of client service experience in the financial services sector is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
  • Exceptional client service skills in both written and verbal communication.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and provide support for fellow Client Service team members during absences.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Unquestionable integrity.

Compensation Information

This position is classified as exempt and is compensated in accordance with applicable state laws. The salary range for this role is $85,000-$105,000 USD annually. This range reflects various factors considered in determining compensation, including experience, skills, knowledge, education, and other organizational needs. It is uncommon for an individual to receive an offer at or near the top of the salary range. Salary offers are based on the qualifications and experience of the final candidate.

Physical Requirements:
  • This role necessitates the physical capability to work in an office setting, which may involve extended periods of sitting and using a computer.
  • May require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • This position requires onsite work for four days each week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check; any job offer is contingent upon successful completion of this process.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization for employment in the United States. Corient primarily hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents, with exceptions made based on a shortage of qualified candidates.
  • Corient participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm work authorization.
  • Must be willing to sign Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which includes post-employment obligations related to non-solicitation and confidentiality.
