Job Overview

As a Senior Associate in Customer Success, your primary focus will be to ensure the long-term success and value delivery for our clientele. You will manage Customer Success initiatives across essential client interactions, which include onboarding new users, providing support and training, and reaching out to clients at risk of disengagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in the commercial real estate sector, Green Street's platform, and the workflows of our users.
  • Educate users on optimal strategies to leverage Green Street for achieving their business goals.
  • Execute Customer Success tasks such as user onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing support.
  • Engage proactively with users at critical moments to enhance their use of Green Street and reduce account attrition.
  • Innovate ways to connect with clients and increase overall client value.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to identify accounts at risk and enhance retention strategies.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within Green Street.
  • Contribute to the client feedback process and influence the product development roadmap to create relevant solutions for our users.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for our clients.
  • Achieve annual performance metrics related to user growth, client health scores, and retention rates.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Over 2 years of experience in customer success, financial services, relationship management, or a client service role.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to devise thoughtful client outreach and risk management plans.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a commitment to enhancing client value.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver outstanding service in every client interaction.
  • A passion for providing excellent client service.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa or sponsorship requirements.

Work Environment: The Senior Associate in Customer Success will primarily work indoors in a climate-controlled office setting and must be able to remain seated at a desk and computer for extended periods.

Travel Requirements: 5-10% travel may be necessary.
