Position Overview:

Our client, a prominent manufacturer in the building materials sector, is in search of a proactive Marketing Manager to enhance their expanding organization. This position is crucial for steering the marketing division to develop, implement, and assess extensive marketing initiatives across various channels to effectively showcase the company's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee marketing strategies, policies, and programs while managing budgets to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Craft and execute branding, advertising, and promotional strategies.
  • Align all marketing efforts with public relations and communication strategies.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including email and social media campaigns, to boost online engagement and broaden outreach.
  • Assist in formulating both long-term and short-term marketing plans, focusing on budget optimization and resource management.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends to identify new opportunities for enhancing online marketing efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts for essential services and maintain robust relationships with vendors to support marketing execution.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle special projects and additional tasks as assigned by senior management to ensure efficient operation of the marketing department.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered. Experience in the millwork industry is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The compensation package includes a 401K plan and a comprehensive benefits package covering dental, life insurance, and medical benefits.
