The Strategic Finance team interacts with all aspects of the organization and plays a crucial role in defining the future and strategy of the company through the analysis and forecasting of essential business drivers.

This role will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance and will provide significant exposure to the executive leadership.

You will collaborate closely with our executives to project operating expenses, develop annual budgets, and influence strategic decision-making.

As a key member of the team, you will facilitate essential processes across planning, board reporting, budgeting, and continuous operational enhancements.

We seek individuals who are highly proactive, motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while engaging with various stakeholders within the organization.

We are a rapidly expanding company that requires someone who excels in diverse responsibilities across multiple levels.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline
- 2+ years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting, preferably in a fast-growing technology environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual; capable of effectively prioritizing and managing daily tasks independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with competing priorities and deadlines

Your Contributions:
- Assist the pricing team with incoming requests and perform ad hoc analyses.
- Support comprehensive member and revenue reporting and forecasting.
- Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor-level expenditures, and conduct monthly headcount reconciliations for the Sales and Marketing division.
- Aid in the month-end closing process and related documentation.
- Exhibit strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the strategies, priorities, and challenges within the US healthcare landscape.
- Flourish in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and customer-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Pricing in previous roles
- Familiarity with financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Tableau
- Demonstrated experience in integrating AI capabilities into financial processes
