Position Overview:

Our client, a prominent manufacturer in the building materials sector, is in search of a skilled Marketing Manager to enhance their thriving organization. This pivotal role involves spearheading the marketing team to design, implement, and assess comprehensive marketing initiatives across various channels to effectively showcase the company's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee marketing strategies, policies, and programs while managing budgets to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Craft and execute branding, advertising, and promotional strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure alignment of all marketing efforts with public relations and communication strategies.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, focusing on email and social media to boost online engagement and broaden reach.
  • Assist in formulating both long-term and short-term marketing plans, emphasizing budget optimization and resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends to identify new opportunities for enhancing online initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts for essential services and cultivate strong vendor relationships to support marketing execution.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO to ensure the marketing department operates efficiently.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered. Experience in the millwork industry is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience. The compensation package includes a 401K plan and a comprehensive benefits package covering dental, life insurance, and medical benefits.
