Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess strong business insight, be a change agent, and demonstrate exceptional program management capabilities with a proactive work ethic.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the program's scope, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring effective communication and alignment across various teams and stakeholders. This includes managing communication strategies, facilitating strategic workshops, and coordinating events. You will also encourage cross-departmental collaboration to enhance project execution and formulate strategic plans to improve program efficiency.
  • In addition, you will advocate for a favorable perception of program management by identifying key performance indicators and leveraging data analytics to foster ongoing enhancements. Your responsibilities will also encompass administrative support tasks such as note-taking, agenda preparation, scheduling, and managing platforms like SharePoint and Workfront.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in program management with a solid understanding of business operations.
  • Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics for performance assessment and enhancement.
  • Experience with administrative functions and tools such as SharePoint and Workfront.
