Overview:

The Enrollment Services CRM Specialist will serve as the key expert in managing and optimizing the technology utilized for enrollment services. This role is essential in coordinating and overseeing technology projects, providing critical data support to Enrollment Services staff, and fostering collaboration among various campus partners and vendors.

The specialist will be responsible for the seamless integration of data between the student information system and the customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, ensuring efficient communication and data flow.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between enrollment, marketing, IT, and other departments for server and software maintenance requests.
  • Manage and enhance the College's prospective and admitted student software systems, ensuring data integrity and productive utilization.
  • Develop a collaborative CRM Advisory Team to align on the functions and outcomes of CRM usage in relation to student enrollment processes.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to inform recruitment efforts, analyzing student characteristics and market trends.
  • Troubleshoot CRM and integration issues, serving as the main contact for resolution between Enrollment Services, IT, and vendors.
  • Perform data management tasks, including data conversion and migration, while addressing data quality issues.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive training materials for end users to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Support the Enrollment Services communication strategy by overseeing the distribution of admission content and messages.
  • Collaborate with various departments on databases, reporting, and system modifications to enhance enrollment services.
  • Maintain procedure manuals for enrollment services system users, ensuring efficiency and clarity in processes.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with five years of related experience is required. Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information effectively.

Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred. Previous employment in student services or information systems is advantageous but not mandatory.


Clearances:

Successful candidates will be required to obtain current criminal record and child abuse clearances as part of the employment process.
