Position Overview:

The Enrollment Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting our new member clients in assessing eligibility and executing various enrollment tasks. This position requires effective interaction with both individual plan members and employer groups, emphasizing a strong commitment to precise and prompt customer support to guarantee client enrollment and retention. The Enrollment Coordinator II will report directly to the Enrollment Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines regarding Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous experience in a regulatory setting.
  • Dependable, responsible, and accountable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of navigating transitions while promoting a positive team atmosphere.
  • Confident in decision-making abilities within strict timelines.
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
