General Overview:
The Enrollment Success Navigator is responsible for providing essential enrollment assistance to prospective students and academic support to those engaged in developmental coursework at CCAC.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- At least two years of experience in human services with diverse populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong dedication to student achievement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with Enrollment Services personnel to conduct follow-up initiatives
  • Document and analyze applicant enrollment activity results
  • Guide students in creating educational plans
  • Track student progress and offer necessary support
  • Engage in student orientation sessions
  • Provide guidance on achieving academic success
  • Connect students with additional support services as required
  • Generate and maintain necessary reports
  • Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned
