Compensation: $17.25 per hour on W2
Role Summary:
- The Enrollment Specialist is essential in collaborating with new member clients to assess eligibility and execute various enrollment tasks. This role requires effective communication with both individual plan members and employer groups, emphasizing precise and prompt customer service to facilitate client enrollment and retention. The Enrollment Specialist reports to the Enrollment Supervisor.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience adhering to Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or experience in a regulatory setting.
- Dependable, responsible, and accountable with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to navigate transitions while promoting a positive team atmosphere. Confident decision-making skills within strict timelines.
- Outstanding prioritization and organizational abilities. Demonstrates integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
