Position Summary:

The Enrollment Coordinator II plays a pivotal role in managing the enrollment process for Medicare clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

This position is essential for delivering accurate and timely support to clients, facilitating their enrollment and addressing various inquiries.

The Enrollment Coordinator will engage with both individual members and employer groups, focusing on providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Reporting directly to the Enrollment Supervisor, this role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and compliance.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage various types of enrollment documents, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate processing areas.
  • Handle returned mail and update member information as necessary.
  • Consistently meet established quality and productivity benchmarks.
  • Adhere to work instructions for enrollment-related tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with Medicare enrollment processes or in a regulatory environment.
  • Dependable, responsible, and accountable with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to navigate transitions while promoting a positive team atmosphere.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities within strict timelines.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred.
