Position Summary:
The Enrollment Coordinator II plays a pivotal role in assisting both new and existing Medicare member clients with the enrollment process and various related requests.
This role operates in alignment with the guidelines set forth by the Center for Medicare/MediClientd Services (CMS) to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
A strong emphasis on delivering accurate and timely customer support is essential to facilitate member enrollment.
The Enrollment Coordinators are instrumental in collaborating with new member clients to assess eligibility and execute various enrollment tasks.
This position requires interaction with both individual plan members and employer groups, necessitating a commitment to precise and prompt customer service to guarantee client enrollment and retention.
The Enrollment Coordinator II will report directly to the Enrollment Supervisor.
Duties
- Develop and implement product layouts that accurately reflect the required merchandise mix based on client demographics and location.
- Identify stores within various cluster definitions (e.g., ethnicity, affluence, geography) to drive automated product replenishment.
- Independently prioritize and manage scheduled tasks to ensure timely project completion.
- Analyze, prioritize, and summarize data, comparing it to company standards to identify opportunities on a store-specific basis.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to validate store-specific analyses (e.g., sales, competition, clientele demographics) to optimize individual store profitability and confirm product mix and service issues related to customer needs.
- Support corporate expense management by assessing the impact of layout changes against established budget guidelines.
- Propose alternative strategies as necessary and communicate any additional scope of work and associated costs to field management and project partners.
- Work alongside the Construction team and external vendor architects to create innovative merchandising solutions for unique store locations.
Responsibilities:

- Manage returned mail and update member addresses.
- Consistently meet established quality and productivity targets on a monthly basis.
- Adhere to work instructions related to enrollment tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience with CMS guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous experience in a regulatory environment.
- Dependable, responsible, and accountable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of navigating transitions while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
- Confident decision-making abilities within strict timelines.
- Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills.
- Acts with integrity and exercises sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- A verifiable High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is preferred.
