Position Summary:

The Enrollment Coordinator II plays a vital role in assisting new and existing Medicare members with enrollment processes and various inquiries.

This role adheres to the guidelines set forth by the Center for Medicare/MediClientd Services (CMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

A strong emphasis on providing accurate and timely customer support is essential to facilitate member enrollment.

The Enrollment Coordinator II is responsible for engaging with both individual plan members and employer groups, ensuring a focus on effective customer service to promote client enrollment and retention.

This position reports directly to the Enrollment Supervisor.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective layouts for enrollment processes that align with client needs.
  • Independently manage and prioritize assignments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Analyze and summarize data to identify opportunities for improvement in enrollment processes.
  • Collaborate with management to confirm analysis related to sales and client demographics.
  • Support budgetary guidelines by managing the impact of process changes.
  • Communicate any additional work scope and costs to relevant stakeholders.


Additional Duties:
  • Identify and process various documents, ensuring they are routed correctly.
  • Manage returned communications and update member information as necessary.
  • Consistently meet established quality and productivity metrics.
  • Adhere to work instructions for enrollment tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience related to CMS guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment or a similar regulatory environment.
  • Dependable, responsible, and accountable with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to navigate transitions while promoting a positive team atmosphere.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities within tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Acts with integrity and maintains confidentiality.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred.
