The Enrollment Coordinator is essential in assisting both new and existing Medicare members with the processing of enrollments and various inquiries. This role operates in compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. A key focus of this position is to deliver precise and timely customer support to facilitate member enrollment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with CMS guidelines related to Medicare Part D enrollment processes or experience in a regulatory setting
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
