Position Summary: The Client Relations Specialist is tasked with driving sales of Zone 4's installation services, which encompass solutions such as Good-to-Person Solutions, Conveyor and Sortation, Electrical, ASRS, Racking, and Autonomous Robotic Systems. This role focuses on discerning customer needs, offering tailored product and service suggestions, preparing accurate quotes, and finalizing sales. The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background, outstanding communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

As the sector continues to witness remarkable growth, this role presents limitless opportunities to cultivate and strengthen customer relationships. The position offers a competitive base salary along with commission incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through various avenues (e.g., cold outreach, networking, referrals).
  • Deliver precise and comprehensive quotations tailored to customer specifications.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture enduring customer relationships.
  • Oversee customer accounts and maintain updated records in CRM software.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's installation offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer support) to enhance sales initiatives and address any challenges.
  • Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company-related events.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts and necessary documentation.
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups with clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within a related sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience and knowledge in warehouse installation services are highly desirable.
