Key Responsibilities:

  • Respectfully manage objections and provide professional responses.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their entire interaction.
  • Gather customer feedback on products and services to relay to management for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations.
  • Possess a solution-oriented approach with the ability to handle objections and technical inquiries.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
