Role Overview:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, professional, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a multi-line phone system
  • Handling and processing incoming calls
  • Creating and updating customer accounts
  • Providing administrative support, including filing and organizing documentation

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or call center environment
  • A willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings
  • Verifiable references
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the pest control industry is a plus, but not mandatory

Work Schedule:

This position typically operates Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month required.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $20.00, depending on experience, along with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
