This role demands a strategic thinker, capable of assessing market dynamics and competitive factors, alongside a proven history of crafting effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and analysis.
  • Formulate and implement effective business strategies aimed at expanding the company's clientele.
  • Lead sales discussions with prospective clients and successfully secure new business agreements.
  • Collaborate with fellow business development team members to generate new business and increase sales revenue.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to engage with potential clients and promote PM2CM's offerings.
  • Monitor and report on essential sales metrics, providing thorough analysis of performance and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a comparable role within the management consulting field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction and project management services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing effective business strategies and expanding client portfolios.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, engaging with colleagues across various departments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms is advantageous.
