Role Summary:

The Personal Lines Account Manager serves as the key liaison for both existing and prospective clients within the Personal Lines Digital Service Insurance division. This position is pivotal in fostering client relationships, promoting services, and aiding in the remarketing strategies for our clientele. The Account Manager will also engage with other insurance professionals to meet the business needs of clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for current and potential clients.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients while understanding their business requirements.
  • Advocate for services, design tailored portfolios, and provide consultative advice to prospective clients.
  • Maintain professional relationships with industry peers to enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Producers, and senior Account Managers to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Assist in crafting presentations and proposals for clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and client understanding to engage effectively with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently licensed or able to obtain a license to market and bind coverage within 90 days.
  • Work under the guidance of Account Executives, Producers, and senior Account Managers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with AMS or similar software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple client-related activities simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

  • A college or university degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines or commercial insurance.
  • Proven success in managing a designated customer portfolio.
