Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Study Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of hospitality throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in room assignments and billing.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including room reservations, requests, and special occasions.
  • Manage guest requests, including wake-up calls, taxi reservations, and other services, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Process guest payments, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately process guest payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other hotel software systems.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing hotel needs.
  • Proficiency in English required; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
