PRACTICE HOSPITALITY AT COLEE LLC is a growing hospitality company that values creativity, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our culinary team at Hotel Colee in Atlanta.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of culinary experience in a similar size operation with supervisory experience. They should have thorough knowledge of hot and cold food preparation, good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards, and health codes. The Sous Chef will be responsible for training, overseeing, and coordinating all chef staff to prepare, cook, and present food according to hotel standard recipes. The salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
