We are seeking an experienced Lead Culinary Operations Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA.
The successful candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to lead a high-volume kitchen team with ease.

About the Role- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
The Lead Culinary Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and train a team of kitchen professionals.
The role requires a problem solver who can think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to overcome any challenges that may arise in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our discerning customers
- Liaise with suppliers to source the freshest ingredients and manage inventory effectively
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to achieve financial targets and improve profitability
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary management role
- Degree in Hospitality or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
