About the Role
  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum

The Lead Culinary Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and train a team of kitchen professionals.

The role requires a problem solver who can think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to overcome any challenges that may arise in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our discerning customers
  2. Liaise with suppliers to source the freshest ingredients and manage inventory effectively
  3. Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  4. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards
  5. Work closely with the Executive Chef to achieve financial targets and improve profitability
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary management role
  • Degree in Hospitality or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
