About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef and Culinary Leader to join our team at Morrison Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our culinary operations and ensuring that we deliver exceptional dining experiences to our residents.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. They will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate their team to achieve excellence in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve resident satisfaction.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols.Oversee the management of inventory, purchasing, and labor costs to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service and support the overall goals of Morrison Living.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or related field; or equivalent experience.5+ years of direct foodservice operational management experience, preferably in a senior leadership role.Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, quality control measures, and financial management principles.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
