About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Manager to join our team at K5 Hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to lead our kitchen operations and take charge of menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
  • Create new menu items and implement seasonal menus that showcase local and unique ingredients.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
  • Develop and execute cost control methods to ensure adherence to budgetary standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff.
Requirements
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Previous supervisor experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
