Job Description:

The Executive Culinary Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and strategy of our culinary operations, ensuring that all food products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. This includes managing kitchen shift operations, estimating daily production needs, and communicating with kitchen personnel to ensure seamless execution.

In addition, the Executive Culinary Director will be responsible for developing and implementing new menu items, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining purchasing and receiving standards. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead kitchen operations to achieve high-quality food products and exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement new menu items and promotions to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain purchasing and receiving standards to ensure efficient supply chain management
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to improve performance and productivity

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $81,000 annually, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and excellence in food preparation
