We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring a consistent high-quality experience for our guests.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of success in managing a high-volume kitchen. This includes:

  • Ordering and inventory management
  • Hiring, training, and developing a strong culinary team
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Excelling at food presentation and plating
  • Optimizing point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficiency
  • Managing food costs and maintaining profitability
