Job Overview

Mobile Staff Solutions is seeking a qualified candidate for a direct hire position in the sales sector. This role will involve regional responsibilities and may require occasional travel.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance sales performance within current accounts while securing new clientele.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular, effective account interactions.
  • Promote additional programs, services, and value-added offerings to existing customers.
  • Act as a representative of the company, embodying its mission and core values.
  • Stay updated on new offerings, programs, and services.
  • Align corporate solutions with the specific needs and challenges of customers.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, including writing, editing, and presenting.
  • Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record (Required).
  • Five years of experience in the concrete, building materials, or related industries (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with the concrete sector (Preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (Preferred).
  • Formal sales training (Preferred).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
