Regional Sales Manager

Mobile Staff Solutions is seeking a qualified candidate for a direct hire position in the sales sector. This role will involve regional responsibilities and may require occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance sales performance within current accounts while securing new clientele.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular, effective account interactions.
- Promote additional programs, services, and value-added offerings to existing customers.
- Act as a representative of the company, embodying its mission and core values.
- Stay updated on new offerings, programs, and services.
- Align corporate solutions with the specific needs and challenges of customers.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, including writing, editing, and presenting.
- Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record (Required).
- Five years of experience in the concrete, building materials, or related industries (Preferred).
- Familiarity with the concrete sector (Preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (Preferred).
- Formal sales training (Preferred).
- Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
