Job Summary

The Senior Vice President of Compensation and Talent Management will lead the design, development, and evaluation of MidAmerican Energy's talent management framework and programs. This role will also be responsible for the annual compensation review and the administration of the nonqualified compensation plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Design and administer compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Lead the evaluation and development of the company's talent management framework and programs.
