Job Title: Vice President of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This role will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and profitability by developing and executing effective sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development growth efforts, focusing on technology sales and ensuring the execution and direction of the company's strategic plan.
  • Accountable for the strategic direction of the company's US operations, collaborating with the Global CEO.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key target markets, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Lead and influence the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to support the sales team, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track sales revenue performance and effectiveness.
  • Report revenue targets, sales pipeline, and progress towards goals to the Global CEO and Board.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance customer success, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Foster a sales culture of urgency and agility across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the SaaS/technology industry, in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams with exceptional decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a clear and effective business strategy.
  • Strong financial skills and acumen with the ability to drive profitability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to embrace and drive innovation.
  • Possess a deep understanding of customer needs, ensuring revenue strategies align with customer experience.
  • Strong commitment to achieving and exceeding revenue targets on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
