Regional Vice President Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our regional operations and drive business growth across multiple states. As a Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for executing strategic plans, managing financial performance, and fostering a culture of excellence within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead and direct brand leaders and their teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Implement cost-control measures and revenue growth strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all facets of the business.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand leaders, marketing, finance, HR, safety, and recruiting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in the home services industry, with a track record of success in multi-state operations.
  • Proven ability to execute strategic plans, drive revenue growth, and achieve financial targets.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
