Qualifications:

Education: An Associate's degree in Human Services or a related discipline is required, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred. Experience in residential care settings is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Proficient in effectively communicating with clients, team members, and the broader community.

Licenses: A valid driver's license and insured vehicle are mandatory.

Work Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential to provide continuous support.
