About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Training Manager to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in loss prevention and management within our organization.

Location: The position will be based at a designated training site.

Schedule: Full-time, with specific hours to be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000 annually.

Role Overview

As a Loss Prevention Training Manager, you will participate in our comprehensive Accelerated Manager Program (AMP), which focuses on developing future leaders in our organization. This program combines practical training with personalized coaching to enhance your management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Loss Prevention Champion for your assigned branch.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with loss control measures and security protocols.
  • Identify and address potential theft and fraud incidents.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of an associate degree in business management or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or food service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
