Job Summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery, ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on facility equipment, including lubrication, diagnosis, and operation.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using technical drawings and schematics.
  • Repair and replace equipment, fixtures, and systems as needed.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to complete repairs in a timely and safe manner.
  • Complete daily paperwork and document parts and material usage.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • May perform backup duties on production lines as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Mechanical System (CMMS) and experience with HMI's, work orders, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing people and projects.
