Key Responsibilities- Conduct extensive public records reviews, interviews, and examinations under oath to gather evidence and build cases against insurance fraudsters.
- Analyze data and identify patterns to anticipate and prevent potential fraud schemes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including adjusters and claims personnel, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and deliver anti-fraud training to investigators and claims personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry partners to share intelligence and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as criminology, forensic science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in claims handling, insurance investigation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
