The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to enhance our team. This role involves providing comprehensive support to partners, counsels, associates, and staff attorneys.

The Administrative Coordinator will:
- Manage standard administrative tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, processing mail, and maintaining organized files and records.
- Oversee attorney calendars and time records, as well as prepare expense reports and travel arrangements.

- Assist in business development initiatives by entering activities, maintaining contact databases, and assembling mailing lists.

- Handle all aspects of document preparation and processing, collaborating directly with attorneys and clients.

- Work closely with Client Accounting to ensure accurate and timely client billing.

- Provide support for personal tasks as needed and ensure the efficient operation of all software and hardware utilized by attorneys.

- Perform additional support services as required, including printing, scanning, and quality control.

Qualifications
- Flexibility and a willingness to engage in a variety of tasks beyond routine expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to new challenges.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
