Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel services, amenities, and promotions to provide guests with accurate information and make recommendations.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, hospitality, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
